About the game

Return to your world, Tarnished. In this cooperative exploration board game of strategic combat set in the decaying Lands Between, danger and discovery lurk around every corner - from lowly Godrick soldiers to the Grafted King himself.

Build your overworld map as you explore Limgrave at will, gathering precious resources and engaging with NPC's. Discover new locations and uncover fragments of emergent narrative. Customise the build of your Tarnished and piece together your story in an epic campaign of evolving quests and side quests.

Plunge into face-to-face encounters in your personal quest book, using a unique battle stance system that raises the level of combat from simple physical positioning to one of mental readiness. Your fellow Tarnished can explore uninterrupted while your world descends into a deadly duel with your enemies, as they attempt to extinguish thy flame...

Master diceless, card-driven combat where your hand is your stamina and learning AI-driven attack patterns is key. Struggle, and your fellow Tarnished may enter your combat to aid you. Succeed, and you'll claim your spoils and return to the overworld map to continue your journey.
